The Santa Legacy™ Workshop
Becoming the person children believe you already are.
Carrying Christmas Magic beyond December by helping children feel seen, valued, and safe — all year long.
Live sessions begin January 21, 2026 · Zoom
Why This Exists
This workshop was created for Santas, Mrs. Clauses, and other Christmas Magic Makers who have discovered that wearing the suit changes you.
Somewhere along the way, it stopped being about scripts or performance — and became about presence, responsibility, and heart. About how children feel in our presence.
The Santa Legacy Workshop isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about having language, support, and community as you grow into a role you may already be living.
A role that carries the power to help children feel seen, safe, and valued — often in moments they’ll remember for a lifetime.
This is for you if ...
You feel the weight of the role as much as the joy
You want to move beyond Naughty/Nice without losing the Magic
You care deeply about how children feel after an interaction
You’ve realized Santa is about Legacy, not just December
You want to do this with intention, not exhaustion
What we’ll walk through together
Over eight weeks, we’ll explore:
Identity and purpose beneath the suit
How children experience wonder, belief, and memory — and what helps them feel seen in those moments
Practicing generosity, kindness, love, and presence in real interactions
Storytelling that creates connection, not pressure — honoring the child in front of you
Carrying Christmas Magic year-round
Legacy, mentorship, and becoming a Santa Legacy Ambassador

Who this is led by
This workshop is led by Jenny L. Watt and Santa John McCarty — the creators of The Santa Legacy™ and long-time stewards of Christmas Magic in real-world settings.
Between them, they have spent decades walking alongside children and families — not just during joyful moments, but during tender ones, too. Hospital visits. Grief. First Christmases. Last Christmases. The questions children ask when they are trying to understand who they are and whether they matter.
Their work is grounded not in performance, but in presence. Not in scripts, but in listening. Not in behavior management, but in helping children feel seen, valued, and safe.
This workshop is shaped by lived experience — by moments that can’t be rehearsed, only honored — and by a deep belief that how we show up with children becomes part of their story.
You won’t be taught what to be.
You’ll be supported as you grow into the role you’re already carrying.
This work is shaped by real moments with real children.
Invitation + Early Bird
This first cohort is intentionally small to preserve connection.
Early-bird pricing for Founding Members is available through December 31 and reflects our gratitude to those who step in first.
If this invitation resonates, you’re welcome to join us.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
If this feels like the work you’re meant to do, we’d be honored to walk with you.
