Build Your Own North Pole — A Complete Guide to Creating Your Character, Business, and Christmas Magic Experience
An 8-week guided workshop for Santas, Mrs. Clauses, elves, and holiday performers who want to grow their craft, strengthen their business, and create meaningful Christmas Magic for families.
First Cohort Begins June 3
A Workshop for Those
Who Carry Christmas Magic
The Magic Keepers Workshop provides a supportive environment where holiday performers hone their craft, strengthen their business practices, and deepen their understanding of the role they play.
Over eight weeks, participants explore both the practical and meaningful sides of their work while building tools, confidence, and connection along the way.

The Journey Continues
Many holiday performers attend workshops and training events to develop their portrayal and skills.
The Magic Keepers Workshop focuses on what comes after that first step.
Participants will not only gain practical tools and insight during the eight weeks, but will also have the opportunity to continue growing through Magic Keepers Mentorship, an ongoing space for shared wisdom, support, and connection.
Because those who carry Christmas Magic should never have to walk that path alone.
What Happens When You Finish
Graduates of the Magic Keepers Workshop become part of a growing circle of performers committed to carrying Christmas Magic with heart, skill, and purpose.
Many continue their journey through Magic Keepers Mentorship and the Santa Legacy Ambassador community, where performers support one another, share wisdom, and continue growing together.
Because those who carry Christmas Magic were never meant to walk that path alone.
You won’t just leave with knowledge—you’ll leave with a clear identity, a plan, and a North Pole that is truly your own.
Who this is led by
This workshop is led by Jenny L. Watt and Santa John McCarty, creators of The Santa Legacy™ and long-time stewards of Christmas Magic in real-world settings.
Between them, they have spent decades walking alongside children and families — not just during joyful moments, but during tender ones, too.
Hospital visits.
Grief.
First Christmases.
Last Christmases.
The questions children ask when they are trying to understand who they are and whether they matter.
Their work is grounded not in performance, but in presence.
Not in scripts, but in listening.
Not in behavior management, but in helping children feel seen, valued, and safe.
This workshop is shaped by lived experience — by moments that can’t be rehearsed, only honored — and by a deep belief that how we show up with children becomes part of their story.
Together, they guide Santas in becoming the person children already believe them to be.
Invitation
This workshop is intentionally kept small to preserve connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
If this invitation resonates with you, you are warmly welcome to join us.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
If this feels like the work you’re meant to do, we’d be honored to walk with you.
