Mrs. Claus’s Daily Spark: Finding Christmas Magic Everyday

What started as a simple idea—a warm note and a cup of coffee—has grown into something magical.

Long before I became Mrs. Claus, during my self-development journey, I dipped my toe into the world of mindset. One of the practices I adopted was beginning my mornings with intention. Alongside my coffee, I started meditating, journaling, reflecting on gratitude, and setting a daily focus. Little did I know these practices would spark something in my all these years later.

I’ve always found that the best way for me to truly understand something is to teach it to others. Every time I explain an idea to someone else, I uncover new insights I hadn’t noticed before. When I began sharing mindset reflections through live videos in my Facebook group, I was surprised at how often I had the “aha!” moments.

So when we launched The Santa Legacy™ and started growing our social media presence, I returned to something familiar: beginning the day with a moment of reflection and ending it with a celebration of what made us smile.

It made perfect sense for those messages to come from Mrs. Claus.

💫 The Voice of Mrs. Claus

In our world, Mrs. Claus does far more than bake cookies and tend reindeer. She’s a teacher, a caretaker, a quiet leader, and the heart of the North Pole. She knows the value of tiny moments—a child’s drawing, a steaming mug of cocoa, a snowflake drifting past the window.

Each morning, she shares a Daily Spark—a gentle message rooted in the four guiding principles of The Santa Legacy™: Generosity, Kindness, Wonder, and Love.

Each evening, we close the day with a question: What made you smile today? Followers get a glimpse into Mrs. Claus’s world as she shares her Christmas Magic smile moments.

Together, they create a rhythm—bookends for the day—that remind us Magic is everywhere, especially when we take time to notice it.

🕯️ A Dream Reawakened

It wasn’t long before I realized why this process felt so comforting: it was the echo of an old dream.

For years, I’ve subscribed to Mike Dooley’s Notes from the Universe, a daily email filled with uplifting thoughts. So many days, I felt like those words were written just for me. That daily inspiration meant something.

And then I realized: Mrs. Claus could do the same thing.

Now, each morning, the wisdom of Mrs. Claus travels straight from her desk at the North Pole into inboxes all over the world.

When Kids Ask Santa Hard Questions

When children bring Santa their hardest questions, they often seek to understand a loss of connection—be it through death, absence, or illness. In those moments, Santa’s role transcends delivering perfect answers; it’s about being present and helping the child feel connected again, even if just for a moment. Many Santas discover that the most meaningful interactions come not from rehearsed lines, but from pausing, listening, and responding with kindness. Join us at the Santa Legacy Workshop to explore how to navigate these profound conversations and make a lasting impact in the lives of children.

When Santa’s Magic Feels Thin

Losing the feeling of magic doesn’t mean you’ve lost the magic.
More often, it means you’ve been giving more than you’ve been replenishing.

It isn’t just the performance —
it’s the emotional labor.
The energy it takes to be fully present.
The way even rest can stop feeling like rest when you’re holding yourself in reserve.

If this season left you feeling stretched, quieter, or wondering why the magic didn’t feel the same—this reflection is for you.

You haven’t lost your calling.
You haven’t lost your heart.
You’re being invited to tend the part of the magic that lives inside you.
